Vinicius: The penalty was certain; Referee was targeting me so he didn't give it

In the 16th round of La Liga, Real Madrid defeated Alavés 2-1 away. In the 86th minute of the game, Vinícius went down after entering the penalty area, but the referee signaled that there was no penalty. When being substituted, Vinícius expressed his dissatisfaction. 

In the second half of the game, Vinicius continuously dribbled past two defenders on the edge of the penalty area, then entered the penalty area and had a physical confrontation before immediately falling to the ground. 

But the referee Victor Garcia did not make any penalty, and the VAR referee also did not remind him of this.
